A spoiler-heavy, quest-aware exploration and loot atlas. It answers “what can I fully clear now?” while tracking DLC NPC quests, navigation, consequential bosses, lockouts, mutually exclusive rewards and unique loot.

“Safe” means no known quest progression or unique-reward lockout from fully exploring and defeating ordinary/area bosses. A caution label means the area is safe only after completing the listed interaction. Because several rewards are mutually exclusive, no single run can produce every branch reward.
